| Global Findability Intellectual Property Rights Material accessible to you through the GFI Service may be subject to protection under the United States or other copyright laws, or laws protecting trademarks, trade secrets or proprietary information. Except when expressly permitted by the owner of such rights, you must not use the GFI Service in a manner that would infringe, violate, dilute or misappropriate any such rights, with respect to any material, which you access or receive through the GFI Service. If you use a domain name in connection with GFI or similar service, you must not use that domain name in violation of any trademark, service mark, or similar rights of any third party.
Advertisers and Agents each warrant and represent to GFI that each Internet site identified by URLs in advertisements: (i) is controlled by Advertiser and operated by Advertiser and/or its independent contractors, (ii) will be functional and accessible at all times, and (iii) is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and suitable in all respects to be linked to from the applicable site containing the advertisement. GFI may test Advertiser’s URLs, and in GFI’s sole discretion may remove any URLs at any time that fail to comply with the above requirements. Indemnification Users will hold and save GFI harmless against all liability for libel, slander, illegal competition or trade practice, infringement of trade marks, trade names or titles, violation of rights of privacy and infringement of copyrights and property rights, resulting from the distribution of marketing and advertising media herein provided. |
